The story of the person in this text is about the most sickening form of political revenge done to a person who had a legal dispute in the USA with her former employer. The former employer (Oprah Winfrey) is friends with former USA president Barack Obama (Renegade) who put her in an illegal and criminal experimental project because of this legal dispute (that is allowed). She is desperately seeking to get out of this undercover Brain Initiative program but Congress does nothing when she contacts them. She is having a hard time trusting lawyers who have their hands tied. She has been tricked in health care when trying to get some of this advanced experimental military technology out of her body - instead, physicians added more in. She needs help from a system she cannot trust and is worried about deep-state controls people are not aware of. Her life has been turned into a disaster. She has been forced into homelessness. Her body is being controlled. Her brainwaves are being stolen. Her mind is being read in real-time. She is stalked, technically harassed/blasted, and continuously intimidated. Tortured. They want her to commit suicide. This person has been robbed of her bodily integrity due to pure evil just for wanting to report on bad management- and workplace conditions about a famous TV personality. These medical experimentation cases also jeopardize if patients can trust the health care system that is supposed to work from a democratic standpoint where free and informed consent has to be paramount.

There is also footage of her home being destroyed, pictures of some of the technology that was removed from her body, and X-rays and body scans showing where different parts of her body are affected by this highly advanced technology.

She explained this: “I went to Congress nine times and visited dozens of offices and NONE DID ANYTHING. Five called Capitol Police to chase me away like a stray dog. The cops were cool every time and they learned my story. They gave me big hellos when they saw me. And after the last call to them, they escorted me out and told me to keep going to other offices to try to find help.” And: “IT WAS ALL DONE UNDER FALSIFIED FISAS and diagnoses.” Asking for: “Please create a bipartisan coalition to remove Elizabeth Coady and others from Darpa Brain Initiative she was put in for political revenge. She has more than 20 nonconsensual implants in her and has been tortured and asset-stripped for political revenge.”

My name is Elizabeth Coady and this is an urgent request for the House Judiciary’s Weaponization COMMITTEE’s help to remove me from the nonconsensual and barbaric Darpa Brain Initiative that I was put in with falsified intelligence and targeting by the FBI & Obama Administration for political revenge. I need help seeking to compel a hospital and doctor to remove nonconsensual physically and mentally damaging brain and biotech implants. At least 16 implants were placed in me at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago circa 2012-2014 including Elon Musk’s Neuralink. Additional ones — fluid-filled wifi capsules that spew radiation INSIDE and around my neck and skull — were implanted in me in Mexico City by Dr. Emmanuel C. Baron of Hospital Angeles when I sought help getting implants removed from me. The administrators of Hospital Angeles were aware and attempted to cover up Dr. Baron’s criminal actions.
I have been a nonconsensual subject in gruesome barbaric DOD/Darpa/NIH brain & bioweapons experiments since 2012. The official program is known as the Darpa Brain Initiative. When originally launched in 2013, it received funding for 10 years but was subsequently expanded for another five years by Congress. The torture is done with the use of ‘injectable electronics,’ neural prosthetics, radiowave weaponry and more. I was implanted on three separate occasions at Northwestern Memorial Hospital between 2012 and 2014. After 10 years of torture, provocation and discrediting, the defendant DOD/NIH have now begun to irradiate me near around the clock to activate an implanted material intended to disfigure, disable and force me to suicide. A New Hampshire EMT confirmed to me US citizens were being implanted with ‘capsules.’ The United States has a widespread nonconsensual experimentation programming occurring for the theft of cognition, brain waves and brain imagery for use for cognitive studies, neural networks, robotics, digital twinning, avatars, sex robotics, predictive programming and mind-reading. The data is distributed to tens of thousands of scientists, technologists, neuroscientists and artificial intelligence professionals for their personal and public use. A perpetrator recently mocked me using a Twitter account showing a woman with an injured face, bloody nose with suicide scene in background. (This image was sent in emails with my photos.) This is what they seek to force me to do. I am fighting with all my might to find help from some quarter. Doctors have denied my having tech for years but I have recently had nonconsensual materials removed from my skull by body piercers and a body modifier each of whom were contacted during or after my visit and told to deny removing tech. One of these piercers told me he was contacted by the CIA and told I am a ‘person of interest,’ confirming my inclusion in the watchlist, and to not remove any further tech from my body. The piercer was told I was crazy and a liar; I am neither. In addition, four physicians I recently contacted for help were contacted shortly thereafter and threatened that harm would come to their families if they helped me. I am not a terrorist. A friend calls me the ‘anti-terrorist.’ I was put in program for having sued Oprah. The tech is among the most advanced and secret of that being used by the DOD and is directly related to brain to computer interface, transhumanism and what Yuval Harari calls ‘surveillance underneath the skin.’ This brief two-minute video clip shows Harari alluding to the program I have been in for 10 years that involves the deliberate destruction of brains, individuals, families and entire communities.

This is a to-the-death program I was placed in extrajudicially for political revenge. The Obama Administration literally embedded FBI, CIA, and military operatives in my previous home at 1308 West Waveland, Chicago, to spy, provoke, torture, slander me to the public and my family. These operatives literally moved in and took control of the condominium board to change infrastructure and landscaping in order to accommodate and effectuate torture of me with ‘touchless torture’ and through-the-wall military technology. Darpa scientist Dr. Robert Duncan calls the program a ‘walk to death.’ The weapons are called psychotronic weapons, and Congressman Dennis Kucinich tried multiple times to pass legislation banning them.

This is how it works: when you are selected as a subject the FBI produces events to enable them to fraudulently put subjects on terror watchlist, which then enables the FBI to serve national security letters on the subjects’ landlord, mgt. company, etc. The subjects’ doctors are enlisted to concoct reason to put them under anesthesia. In my case I was implanted at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Not coincidentally, he also reveals how doctors can falsify medical records to discredit victims.
